Is there a plan to add significant scenarios that include Dutch, Belgian, British and Commonwealth, Greek, Yugoslav, more Italians etc.......?

These would probably deserve a different title.

Scenarios are typically only added to series by a third party after the game has been released. HPS supports the engine changes with updates, but doesn't usually add scenarios or anything to existing games. TOD was a rare exception where the last update had some really great scenarios put together my Mike Cox.

Jomni's right, the nationalities you're asking about would be for a unique title.
