Need some help with a tournament badge

I'm still working on getting a 12 person tournament started in either mid-Oct or by the first of November.

One of the things I need is a badge that will be awarded to every participant that finishes the tournament.

Unfortunately, I have no skill in regard to accomplishing this important goal.

Creating a "badge" is probably no easy task, but there may be some members that might actually enjoy such a mission.
