Stupid annoying tank PING sound fixed

... to read about things that not bother me at all. Having a rather small house I have an agreement with the lady of my heart - I get to play SP - under ONE condition - that I play without sound (or else the sweet thing will surely slit my throat (saving me the trouble doing it over annoying sounds), so I havent heard the sound of this game since WinSP came out.
