I think it is cavalier to change the Parameters of a Play Test scenario. Padlock setups are not a default but purposefully done by the designer. Therefore the Padlocks are there for a reason.
I would then think that changing the Parameters of a Play Test scenario renders the Play Test invalid. H2H strives for excellence in scenario design for our club. We're all in this for the common good of the game science/theory and enjoyment of well made scenarios.
The alternative is we're stuck with Quick Battles fantasies.
