Blitz Questionnaire - Weasel

RE: Blitz Questionnaire
Actually I didn't know what a BRM-3K was until I checked the internet, and for those who don't know either here is a picture.

As for ATGM ruin the game, yes they can. That is why I play before 1985 when there is no TI, and I also limit ATGM to 4 units total in a game.

RE: Blitz Questionnaire - Shortreengage
What is your name?

Paul Bellerive

How did you decide upon your Blitz nickname?

It's a subsequent fire command used in US tank gunnery when you have a full up system and have just fired short.
I don't recall why I came up with it at the time. It might have been the Bier talking.

What ladders are you represented on?

Steel Panthers

What is your favorite PC War-game?

winSPMBT

Who has been your hardest opponent?

Skotty702. RIP. I always had severe problems beating him. Mostly we had draws. Other than that, all you guys with a border on the Baltic. Must be the Herring....

How long have you been a member of the Blitz?

September 2002 Five years. And I still don't have 100 games! Sad...

What War interests you the most?

The Wars of the Diadochi. Alexander's Successors.

If you could choose to be present at one historical event what would it be?

The 1759 Battle of Quebec. So I could tell the good Marqis that English were scalling the Cliffs....

What is your favorite War movie?

Kelly's hero's.

What do you snack on while gaming?

Coffee (AM) and Warsteiner (PM)

What is your favorite and least favorite aspect of the Blitz website?

What is the best military book you have read?

What is the most interesting documentary you have ever watched?

Senator, I don't recall.......I can't really answer that. I've seen so many. the last I saw was on Pearl Harbor and the Japanese mini-sub attack.

What is your favorite version of Steel Panthers?

WinSPMBT before they toughened up the infantry again. I forget which version that was.

Are there any war games catching your eye at present?

I have TOAW and I've been toying with that.

What piece of wisdom would you like to pass on to your fellow Blitz members?

Don't take things personally. It is just a game. Don't play any turns before that first cup of coffee. The cat does not make a good subordinate commander......
