DTR: Questions about "War Diary"

I am unable to find what button I press so I can see the "War Diary". There are buttons at the upper right portion of the screen but two of them are not highlighted when I move the mouse over them.

I would like to consult the diary to see the combat results from the previous night.

I'm not sure where to post this question so I posted it here in the OPS forum.

Is this the proper forum to post questions about this game?
