RE: Tournament
Just an FYI for those in the tournament, upgrading to 2.03 will not impact your existing games.

RE: Tournament
A very hard fought battle.
The Poles made some early gains but eventually were beaten back.
Sir Killalot punished my poor Poles.
But, a flurry of action on the last turn allowed the Poles to eek out a Draw.

RE: Tournament
A Draw was the result of "Roads to Pabianice" betwen myself and dawags. We played this same scenario a few years ago, with the same result. As with all of the games between us, the game played out like a carefully considered chess match.
We came down to my turn 12 with the Axis approximately 30 points from a Minor Victory. Dale's skillful use of his smoke rounds prevented me from targeting his troops with my artillery, and his massing of his infantry behind the smoke ensured that I couldn't take a 50-point victory hex, leading to the end result, which was a Draw.

RE: Tournament
Alex and I had same result as HSL and Sir K.
Alex and I had played this game previously.
I had bums-rushed his forward guys, and he countered and got a draw.
In this one, Alex withdrew, waited for released, and bums-rushed me!
I was on the one who fought for the draw this time.
I didn't so much as counter attack as retreat attack!😁
Dying less than necessary for him to get the win...
I made it too difficult for Alex to take the forward 50 back.
I almost got trapped.
Kudos to Alex for a different strategy.
One more turn, and I may have been done...
We report a draw between Dawags and Schwerpunkt75

RE: Tournament
Minor victory for Von Luck German firepower eventually won over the superior number of Polish troops Kris had forced to retreat at the start until my delayed reinforcements and fixed units were released.
