Windows 7 issue

One issue in using this fix is if you use Alt+Esc to minimize the game like before it completely crashes your system, I've also had a couple of instances where game freezes up but not sure if that is related to the fix or not

With the CD version the windowed mode looks more or less like the full screen mode if you set the resolution ok. Resorted to finally buying both SPMBT and SPWW2 when I upgraded to Win 7 to get rid of all the problems.. :)
