RE: Smedley's Deadly Dozen H2H Approved Mirror Tourney
Hi all,

I will be out for some R an R starting 12/4/09 until 12/20/09. Though I think I'm in good shape, as far as the tournament goes. RR and myself have completed or mirror games.

Zap is right. We've completed our matches. :smoke:
A fine opponent. A real fighter. Great turn around times!

Phillip, enjoy your time off. :)

Mojo26 has gone AWOL and, sadly, will have to be replaced in the tourney.

Any brave souls wanting to join the fun should come forward.

First come gets the spot.

Tiger 88 and I have completed our 3rd round games.

John Given has had a nightmare with computers and internet, but he feels he will be up and running within a week. We have only two turns left to complete our 2nd round games.

Sheesh, I just dropped two to Otto von Blotto. Terry got a major with the allies and a minor with the Germans. I'm not sure what's worse, losing both or now having to write about it.

I'd say more, but it's hard to type with this bag over my head.

Looking forward to your well written AAR's David.

Since I never made any progress as the Germans, I look forward to seeing how their minor was accomplished.

Thanks Pat. The new AAR, "Prelude to the Swamp – Scud v. Otto von Blotto" or "A Lesson in How Not to Fight a Battle", is ready for posting. Where you want it Rob? ooo. Dangerous question.

John Given and I have finally finished round two of the tournament.

Since I have already finished round three, just waiting for the round four match-up.

I will post my AAR's for round two tomorrow.

Quick heads up guys - my internet is back up (yay! Big Grin :smoke:  ) and also note: my internet address has changed. My old addy will be active for the next few months, but I will only be accessing it from my mom's place, so use the new one in the future. I have already updated my ladder profile to show the new address.

I made a recent post on the main boards to this effect already, and wish to thank everyone, especially you Pat (Montana Grizz), and Robert Loper (Smedley) for putting up with all the delays.

within a few days, I will have the game patched and installed on this new computer, and the turns will begin a-flowin.'

P.S. Still looking into how to post my AAR's - i have all the screenies - I'm just playing catch-up at this point.
