Updated .scn Files for Two Scenarios

Brothers in digital arms,

I updated two H2H scenarios by modifying their .scn files to fix their dynamic visibility schemes. Instead of having to go into the .scn files, the scenarios will now automatically have night visibility turns, IAW with the designers' instructions.

The two scenarios are Huib Versloot's "A Dutch Verdun" and Rod Coles' "** A Blunt Battleaxe".

I'm also working on doing the same for Versloot's "Jamming the Southern Shoulder, Part I", and I'll release the update when I have finished.
