Correct. The new content requires either the Matrix install or Steam install. There seems to be a bug with the installers though. The recent fix for UK and CDN units seems not to have been bundled properly. It is not clear at the moment what's up. I have successfully installed the Matrix version but not everyone has had that experience.
At any rate I want to play the CMSF game but we will not start until next week some time. Hopefully it will be sorted by then. Follow long here
