I figured out what the problem is in Yelnia!

It is a couple errors in the reinforcement schedules. As an example:

There are only five lines of reinforcements, but the code is looking for six, which means there are missing lines in how the SCN file is being read and converted to a save file, which buggers everything up. 

I'll post the file when it's fixed.
