I have real doubts that this scenario ever really got play-tested.

The scenarios selected for this tournament were taken from a list provided by WDS with some suggestions from players. That there are balance issues is unexpected.

I have no complaints about the tourney. It's just a very rough scenario for the Serbians, judging from the stats.
