War at Sea

Request to turn over control of the Dutch fleet has been sent, will try to re-base most of them to Antwerp.
Antwerp will become a major hub of naval construction and the main naval base north of the English Channel.

The French frigates and brigs based in Boulogne will also try to break out and move there, the Boulogne landing fleet will stay in Boulogne for now.

Most light units from the main naval bases and fleets are sent on patrols, commerce raiding and scouting missions.

The French and Dutch fleets in the Indian Ocean will wait for orders after there is some understanding what the British strategy will be in this theater.

One new infantry division being formed for V Corps as a replacement for Oudinot who will form his Grenadier division as a reserve division directly under the Emperor.
