I'm relatively sure that the map isn't a mod in that video, but rather was the last version of stock being used by JTS prior to WDS' Gold versions.

The video also looks to be using Ed Williams' unit mods (and I think he also was using those backgrounds as part of his mod package at one point, although I am pretty sure they were maybe done by someone else). I think I first found them on Glenn Saunders' old web page a long time ago now.
