Stock non chinese intervention is fairly balanced. ALT and chinese intervention (both) are (quite) pro-NKAF.

Can I suggest you take a look at my Variant? current version 1.00a. Updated files in the link first post on my thread.

Thanks.  Very impressive work, as always.  I had sensed the ALT favored NKAF, your version looks a lot more challenging for the North Korean side.
