Kursk 43: Tolstoye Woods scenario set

Commanders, there's a revised scenario file archive now at the Scenario DB page (see the opening post).

Alan has revised the starting positions in the opening scenario, plus added three sub scenarios to the set too.

Also, the Design Notes have been updated thoroughly as well.
