I'd go so far as to say that this is inaccurate, in fact it is probably the opposite, and would apply to any current title. The issue becomes one of 'competing priorities', or rather where do you direct limited resources (and people are a resource in this sense).

The only reason that I used 'probably' as it would involve sourcing some people willing to do this, as well as having anything produced tested.

The timing really isn't right to get into this yet, though.
