You need to set up port forwarding on your routers. You can read more here: http://www.matrixgames.com/forums/tm.asp?m=2002566

Settings should be as follows:

Protocol / Port (or range) / Host Port

TCP / 2300-2400 / 2300

UDP / 2300-2400 / 2300

TCP / 47624 / 47624

TCP / 6073 / 6073
