They actually represent the Israeli NLOS Spike (Exactor in British service) an electro-optically guided missile and similar Chinese system. (I guess you could create a laser guided type missile using the class in mobhack - lower acc, etc).

This missile is , in real life, amazing and in game scary! - I can see it rapidly being "banned" in some peoples' house rules!
