I understand how to set the universal settings for op fire. But how do I set individual unit's op fire?

Select unit(s) first. Then do the Ctrl-P to summon the Opportunity Fire Dialog. You will see that for other firing unit types, the controls are dimmed. Anything you set should only apply to the selected unit(s), not generally, by category.
