I use System Mechanic on my Win7 and it is fabulous. It has real time monitoring so if something starts slowing your internet it fixes it on the fly, prevents files from being written all over the place and such. Just a superb program that has allowed me to remove CCleaner, Mydefrag, and a couple of other programs.

BTW - SM also has tools for SSD drives, but I don't have an SSD drive.
