How long is too long for a turn?

So, I am playing a guy who's turns are pretty slow, which is no problem. But recently they are to the point that I don't see the point in playing the game. We have played 10 turns since January 2nd and only two in the last month and a half...

Is this long enough to ask for a forfeit? I did send an email last week as a reminder that I am still here, but got no response. I am just trying to get a feel for how people gneral approach this kind of thing at the Blitz.

I would just forget about it but the thing is: I am whuppin' him! Hahaha,
