Missing scene files for download

Okay, another question for leadership....

Is there a way you can run a query against the scenario database and pull back all scenes that don't have a zip file that contains the scene files for download?

If you could get a master list posted, then members could probably dig up a lot of them and make them available for download. I've found several during my searches that have the right size and very balanced results, but no files to download.
