mid 5th Century combat. Spartan hoplites have marched to pay homage to the Spartan warrior statue near the Thermopylae pass. Their old allies the Thebans no longer harrassed by the Persians seek to gain territorial freedom and launch a surprise attack. Battle between equal point armies. Approximately 2000 points each. 10 Turns. Best to play as Spartans against the computer AI.
