RE: Blitz (Campaign Series) History
This is one for Jim to answer.
The "off the top of Cole's head" answer is that there was another club called Lead Eaters existing when the original East Front was released. A lot of the old timers here played on Lead Eaters. This was around 96 or so.
LE started dying out so Jim Von K and a couple of others created a new club. Not sure if the new club was called The Blitz originally or something else but I think it started around 1999.
A year ago or so I started a silly post in which I took a picture of the BX in Seoul where Jim encountered his copy of East Front. One day there will be a shrine there and we should go there annually and rock week long CS tournaments.
