I'm thinking you are just upgrading from Talonsoft version to Matrix version... If so, then follow below...

Click on the Buy Now link on the right side of the screen to purchase it.

Choose US Store

You have three choices: 1) Digital Download (34.99); 2) CD and Digital Download (44.99); and 3) CD (44.99)

Fill out your data and viola... you have purchased the game...

When this first came out I purchased the CD and Digital Download. I like the Matrix version because it doesn't require you have the CD in the drive to run the game.
