Problems with on-board aircraft

I think I read somewhere that Patton was in a scout plane and the pilot got too close to an active American artillery battery.
Patton cursed at him and tapped him with his riding crop, the pilot did finally get out of the area.
I don't think Patton went up with that pilot again. :rolleyes:

If the battery opt fired, destroying your plane, that is not right. :kill:
