Set the date as best you can - the month and day, save the scenario, then open it with a text editor - notepad, wordpad, etc. Then search for the reinforcement you are looking for - it has been awhile for me and I don't have the details here for where to look but I can post more later - and change the date that way. Maybe someone will beat me to the way to indentify the reinforcement this way, but I will try to find time later.
