What we've done - at least in games after the first couple is to put all the Corps units in a "Division Org under the corps so they all have the same Div Marking colour.
For the Corps HQ to have that colour -t he way the program works would be to put it under the Formation and then it wouldn't be a Corps HQ anymore.
...I guess what I am saying is, given how the code works - this is not possible as much as you might think it sounds like a good idea. Having all those Corps Troops at least share the Divisional marking color is the best we could do without a lot of extra fiddling in the code for exceptions and such.
