vs 1.04 question

OK just to be sure. When I choose the option extreme assualt and click that check box, I should get the vs1.03 assault rules that made it almost impossible to overrun the enemy and if I leave it unchecked it takes me back to the vs 1.02 rules where a disrupted unit is almost automatically overrun.

Is this correct?
