The Soviet soldier believed he had top equipment, what he didnt know was the name of the vehicle he was driving. Where we called it a T-72 the Soviet soldier did not, the Soviets kept their vehicles names secret thats where all the nicknames came from that eventually became what they are called b/c the average comrade had given it a name from WWII on.
