Hi Herr Huib,

I looked on the web and found *www.3ad.com* you can cut and past for browsing.
3rd AD was one of two that were maintained as "heavy armored" with 32nd Regiment and 33 Regiment, 36th Armored Infantry Regiment, Field Artillery 54th, 67th, & 391st, Recon-83rd, and Engineers-23rd. Some Armor Battalions were moved to be attached to other Divisions after and during the Bulge.
I'll look in my "library" to see if I can get more details.

The web site above gave task force leader names etc. With limited details.
