this is from an old post in 2005 i don't remember where from '"1.06 was flawed in its treatment of the chance to penetrate calculations for anti-armor combat. 1.04 is the last good patch for CoW. Norm had acknowledged the error in 1.06, and gave us some tentative hope that he might get around to correcting it, but that was a long time ago...", posted by JAMiAM


the problem is that many people seem to have problems with v1.04 under winXp while v1.06 is said to support Xp, although i never had any problems with v1.04 under Xp...
