The "Jeffrey Lau" incident happened last November both here and on ArmChair General. A fair number of us got taken on a scam with prices similar to yours, which is why I verified it was you from someone else. Main difference is that he wanted PayPal payments, and he lived in Malaysia, which should have been a huge red flag. I talked myself out of my initial warning flags and lost my $60. That being said, I've got no issue in dealing with Frank....
