I ask because it may well come into play with the Gabr Seleh Gabba Yabba Dabba Doo scenario.

Hi All,

Generally, I don't have a problem with opponents exiting their non-combat unit and HQ units off their side of the board.  In the case of this scenario if the Brits exited every single unit off the board, it would give the Germans 300 points in objectives, and the Germans would easily win by exiting 200 points off the board. If the Germans exit units that is fine too as they are not available to fight or exit.  Checking with your opponent is advised.
Hope this helps.

Hello all,

Kris and I have finished out match.  Well over a hundred tanks destroyed.

I am happy to report a German Major Victory.

Well played!

Hi Dan,

Most ROEs are simply not discussed prior to play.

My personal ROE on exiting is that everyone can exit through their designated exit hexes. That includes both combat and non-combat units.

Basically I play; "if it shoots, it stays" (unless the scenario has a designated exit hex).
A non-disrupted HQ can fire, so I never exit them except through designated exit hexes. Leaders can be used in assault and increase fire affects, so I do not exit them except as above.

With the empty transports, I move them to the map edge and wait a turn, then I exit them from the map (if they are out of the enemy's line of sight.)

It may sound complex or trivial but that is how I do it. If a scenario or tournament calls for no units to be exited, I will keep them on the map (just run like hell to find the safest spot).

Hello Tournament Of MOBs:

Mean

Bastids...;)

MOB indeed...Larry and I battled to a Minor Loss for the Germans.
Larry kept a lid on the entire game, refused to take bait, and fought a solid game plan.

Deturk and I just finished our game.

My Brits secured a major victory over Deturk’s Germans.

Onward and upward …
