"Medium" Scenario
Uff Da - - - - - I am making my first serious attempt to learn Panzer Campaigns, so I bought Poland '39 when on sale.  I played the "Getting Started" twice, two small scenarios, and now fired up a "medium" one

I have been working on Turn 1 for over four hours and still not ready to hit the advance turn button!! Slask against Allied AI.  Big Laugh

Crikey - are they all like this???????   What is a "large" scen like ?!?!?!?!

You're likely dealing with AP: Analysis Paralysis. It gets better after you get a feel for the game.

Don't worry about trying to beat the AI, at this point. Just play the game, learn from the experience, and keep trying, because it's totally worth it.

IMO you need to play many more smaller scenarios until the mechanics of the game system becomes much more familiar and only then start to scale up the scenario sizes, it is quite common for new player to try to run before they can walk and feel overwhelmed by the scale and complexity of the larger scenarios, if you can link up with a human opponent and play through some smaller battles where they can answer your questions and point out your inevitable mistakes that can really help to get you up to speed.  Smile

RE: "Medium" Scenario
Thanks all, for the polite responses. All good points. I did play through another small one. I think I will abandon the 'medium' one for a later date and try some smaller ones.

Anyone care to tutor a newbie? New to PzC, that is, experienced in Squad Battles, Naval, Crusades I.
