My opponent recieves this error message tryng to open RS.  His WF and EF works. 

He has tried re-install no luck. What files could he be missining

I can play scenarios no problem just
the  e-mail games won't work?

Jason we have been playing Ef, Wf ,several scenarios for a month. He had problems trying a RS scenario with me. He also could not play a RS scenario against Hawk in the tournament so I believe its on his end. Isnt there a certain file needed to be able to play by e-mail? Each game needs it?

Any chance you, Relayer, could start a PBEM game and email it to me?

I can see if I can open it when I get home from work tonight. 

Additionally, can you delete your *.log files and zip them up for me and send me the new ones when you finish starting the PBEM for me?
