Commanders Kit in SBWW1
What does the Commanders kit in SBWW1 do?  I'm sure its in one of the docs but I can't find it.

Guess I'm wondering if a lower officer (platoon ldr) should pick it up or not when a Company co falls.

That is a motivator weapon, when the leader of the side the weapon belongs to owns it. It will add one to the leaders quality when attempting to Rally.
