Help with winSPmbt

I am new to this game and cannot figure out how to load reinforcements on to helicopters.  Load capacity is good and I am suppose to bring my reinforcements to the battle in sticks but I cannot get them to load.  My helicopters and the troops are in the same hex and the helicopter is landed.

But you mean when creating a scenario? What do you mean as reinforcements? Do you attempt to load heavier weapons like HMGs or mortars?

During a scenario I am playing. Instructions say to use the helicopters to run reinforcement sticks to the front line. I dropped off the original sticks that were loaded when they arrived and than I flew the helicopters back to the reinforcement lz and landed on the reinforcements troops but I cannot figure out how to load them on the choppers.
