Are there any vendors that sell TOAW I & II for modern PC's, as in works on a Windows 7 PC?

I haven't heard of anything like that; to my best knowledge even guys who were trying to find an opponent for COW had a real problem with TOAW III 3.4 being the latest official release and therefore mostly and virtually exclusively used on a wider scale.

You'd really like TOAW III, it's a substantial improvement, and all the old scenarios are playable on it; and a lot of the "classic" scenarios come on the CD. Look in the sticky topics for a brief rundown on what's in ver. III.
