I think his PC died, got an email about it from him a few weeks back

I apologize for the lack of returns on games. My computer is Kaput! The main board is no longer working and I am left without, borrowing a family members laptop... I am in the process of shopping for a new one. I hope to be back in business within the month. Please save the last file you have with me and I will keep you notified of the reorganization of OberKommando der Schwerpunkt!
