				Ladder sort

Hey guys, I just learnt about this. Did you know that if you go on the ladder and click on "all time" tab you can sort the ladder by 12, 6 and 3 month periods? When sorted this way Vesku drops out of 1st for the last 3 months and Sentry moves into it.

I go from 3rd to 10,12, and 6 place over the last 12, 6 and 3 months. Neat huh.

I just keep re-sorting the ladder until I find the sort that puts me closest to the top.

Then that becomes my default sort ;)

Enjoy while you can. Today is my Ladder Day. 1st day on the ladder. So enjoy your stay at the top while you can.
Vesku, do you play MBT? I might as well start knocking them off from the top down.

That's my thinking too. Alphabetical order works the best for me. Unfortunately "Ice" Brakansiek seems completely unbeatable at the top.

I'm only 3rd on the 12 month list. Obviously I've slowed down my gaming from the active days :)

I do play MBT but not much, one campaign running atm. After 300 overwhelming meeting victories you still would need couple of thousand points, are you up to it? We could set up a 300 battle campaign :)

				RE: Ladder sort

That works for me. I'm retired and my grandkids are a thousand miles away, so I have the time. Does the PBEM campaign go past 10? If not we will need 30 campaigns. We can play the entire Cold War. WoW.
BTW, how does the ladder score a PBEM campaign? By each game or the overall results? Both?
We could start in the mid 50's so it would be almost WW2ish.
I have given up on WinWW2 until they fix the 'turretless tanks' problem. the German SP guns are treated in the game as turreted tanks, which is completely and totally wrong.
If they were the same on a tactical level, then no nation would have built a turreted tank due to the extra expense and complexity. So until the Cammo group gets their act together, I won't play WW2. It is, after all, a tactical game. I doesn't seem that hard to me. Charge the SP gun 2 MP's or so for each point of facing change and add a small amount to the to hit percentage.
Anyway, a PBEM campaign starting in '46 would be OK too. '48 would be better, since the Berlin airlift was just one option. Pushing an Armored Division thru to Berlin was another.
Does this count as a formal challenge? Not sure of the etiquette involved.
Is there a smilie of a second slapping someone with a glove?

					Kidding, just kidding dude :)

Hmm, at a good 5 turn per week rate it would take .... ..... about 24 years to play 300 battles of 20 turns each ... perhaps too much :)

No idea how many battles is max for camp, I haven't played beyond 10.
