Hello All,

Sorry for the extended delay.. was the motherboard after all, and having obtained 2 bad replacements before I found the 3rd good one.. well, I'm back.. lost some data due to an aborted OS install that wiped the root directory (due to a bad replacement MB).. so I am reinstalling all SP's..
