I went to Matrix,, found the download ,,, when I click on it do I then hit OPEN? or SAVE?,,, if I hit SAVE.. where do I save it to specifically?

You can save the ZIP file anywhere you wish on your harddrive.

Once it is complete, right click and unzip.

Then double click on the EXE to complete the installation. You will need your SERIAL number handy AND make sure you install the patch to where your game is installed if it is different from the DEFAULT path!!
