PBEM games failed to load

Can anyone out there tell me what migth be going wrong? I'm trying to get some playtesting going on on Version 3 Round 3 and the PBEMs won't load. message reads: "Save Game Failed to Load".
Any ideas?
I'm really hoping I don't have to reinstall the bloody thing, I don't have much time on my hands to re-do scenario 3 in it's entirity.

It's a "Basic security"-game, right? Does it work for you and the other players get the error?

Try saving the scenario in the editor and redo the PBEM setup..

The " fail to load" will also occur when the OOBs have been altered or the wrong file has been zipped and also when played on a different PC.

Thanks for the response but what I did was way more stupid. Downloaded the patches to the SPWW2 folder but didn't install them.

haha happens to the best of us. Weasel can attest to the amount of threads with "game failed to load" in the title. ;)
