Campaigns can only been played against the AI.

Individual scenarios can be played by e-mail.

You can convert the LINKED CAMPAIGN scenarios for email play, that requires that each of the .SCL be saved as a .SCN file in the scenario editor.

Balance will be an issue though, as most SCL files would be designed for play against the computer.
