Canada's first long weekend of the year or better known as the "Victoria Day May Long Weekend."

I'll be out at the cottage celebrating Queen Victoria's birthday in true Canadian style drinking lots of beer and shooting off fireworks!

It gets so bad in Manitoba that the provincial government puts an all out ban on alcohol at all provincial parks.

Anyway, I'll be away from Saturday till Monday.

Otherwise known as May "two-four" weekend when I lived in Canada. Victoria was born on the 24th and in Ontario (province in Canada) people used to buy beer in multiples of 6s. The largest was a "case" of beer or a "two-four" Hope you and Canadians everywhere have great weather and an even better weekend.
