Tried to download the "Where Fathers Fought" scenario from the depot and my Windows can not open it. Discovered that it has an {rar} extension.
My WinZip did not make an attempt to do it automatically either.

What do I need to open this file?

winrar... just google it and you can go download the program to open it.
