is there a difference between destroyed bridges and damaged bridges? Can a damaged bridge be used to move troops across?

what are the effects of a damaged bridge?

sorry but I just couldnt find any answers in the rulebook

No difference that I am aware of but then I didn't realize there are both destroyed and damaged bridges.

There may not be. I just thought that there were destroyed bridges....damaged just seems so...nebulous of a term. seems to me that its-almost still in working order....hence my confusion.

so end of the day...damaged=cant cross correct?

Yes, can't cross. I would guess damaged covers the gamut of unusable states, from destroyed, to a single span down.
